The simple answer is yes. Our mechanics have been trained to repair all makes.
No, you do not have to pay any insurance excess if you have a non-fault accident and you are using Call Brian. We will claim your excess from a third party insurance company.
Absolutely. Whilst Call Brian is not a personal injury helpline, if injuries have been sustained in the accident (by the driver or passengers), we are able to direct you to a specialist personal injury solicitor – no win, no fee.
*For No Win No Fee legal services customers pay 25% of the amount recovered to the solicitors although this will be subject to your individual circumstances and the actual fee may be more or less than this. Termination fees may apply if you end the agreement with the solicitors after the cancellation period. Call Brian does not receive payments from solicitors to whom customers are passed.
If you have a non-fault accident, you do not need to inform your insurance company. We will contact your insurance company if we find it necessary.
Anyone who’s experienced a road accident in the United Kingdom can use Call Brian.
Yes – we don’t charge you to recover your car or for providing you with a courtesy car for the duration your car is being repaired. We don’t even charge you your insurance excess like others do. Why? When you’ve had an accident we just don’t feel it’s right to take advantage of your situation. We just want you to get back on the road with minimum fuss and disruption.
We can fit either Genuine OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts direct from the car’s manufacturer, or we can fit aftermarket parts that do the same job but are cheaper as they don’t have the OEM’s brand on them. Aftermarket parts are usually cheaper and sometimes are manufactured by the same company too. Simply ask us at the quote stage to produce a fixed price repair with OEM parts and a separate one for aftermarket parts, and we’ll give you both options so you can choose the one that is right for you.
We offer a full 12 months warranty on all car repairs for your peace of mind.
Our mechanics and technicians are trained and kept up to date with the latest repairs for most makes and models.
No – if you have a manufacturer’s warranty or even an extended warranty and want to keep it valid, just tell us. Sometimes you need to have specific brand name parts to comply with a manufacturer’s warranty.
